Rida’s story serves as an incredible journey of a player who has risen through the ranks to achieve his dream of becoming a professional footballer.

Rida’s journey began in 2020 while representing Sheffiedl United’s Community Development side. He was then picked up by 𝗡𝗘𝗧𝙒𝙊𝙍𝙆 𝗦𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 representatives joining Sheffield Town FC Under 21 side.

The following year, Rida showcased his exceptional talent and dedication, breaking into the first team at Sheffield Town FC, who played in Step 7 of the English non-league football pyramid. His performances on the pitch caught the eyes of coaches, and his dreams began to take shape.

In the summer of 2022 after being closely monitored by 𝗡𝗘𝗧𝙒𝙊𝙍𝙆 𝗦𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁, he was given an incredible opportunity which he seized with both hands. He impressed coaches during trials and was offered his first professional contract by Dibba Al Hisn Football Club in the UAE, a team competing in the prestigious UAE First Division League.
